AMENITIES
With 6 bedrooms, 4-1/2 baths and plenty of loft space, there's loads of room for your entire family and guests. This house can sleep 16 people! On the main floor there's a queen room with a door to the deck, and a kids bedroom with 2 double bunks, and a door to the deck also! On the top floor there is another room with a queen bed, and another double bunk room. Both floors have their own bathrooms. Below the main entertainment room is another queen bedded room. and a bedroom with a trundle bed. The loft has a children's entertainment area with arts & crafts, a computer, puppet house and includes a private bath and another twin trundle bed.
The open kitchen has a 6 burner commercial gas stove, pantry and center island with 2 dishwashers. The dining area is open concept with large windows and a spectacular view to the gardens below. Also included are 2 washer/dryers and a mudroom to the garage car port.
Additionally, there are two more on-site properties to accommodate overflow of your extra large group. The second house has a full kitchen which is perfect for your catering needs. Both residences have wireless internet access and digital cable televison service.
ACTIVITIES
With 4 miles of hiking trails, you can meander through and enjoy the warm summer days, or in the winter enjoy the beauty on snowshoes. Come inside and relax by the fire watching a movie on the deluxe home theatre or enjoy music throughout the house with the state of the art sound system.
EXTRAS
Outside you can play tennis on our private lighted court, volleyball or basketball on the lighted courts, frisbee golf, or just drive golf balls with our majestic Vermont backdrop.

Planning the perfect Vermont wedding? There's plenty of outside grounds with spectacular views to put up a large tent to accommodate any size wedding. There are two additional on-site properties to accommodate overflow from your large group. The full kitchen in the second house is perfect for your caterer.
