36' x 48' Whitson Barn - Mid 1800's Barn for Sale
This barn is mainly constructed of chestnut timbers from the mid 1800's and also includes timbers dating back to the early 1700's. This barn includes 4 large and unique curved beans that are sure to make your living space a head turner. The tagged, documented frame is currently in storage in Southern Vermont. The sale also includes a large pallet of original barn siding that would make beautiful interior walls instead of boring sheetrock.

Whitson Barn History:

Whitson Barn Pricing: $29,750
Barn frame is available with tagging info, diagrams and architect produced converted barn home plans for a 4-5 bedroom home. Rafters were not sized properly, so they are not included in sale. You will need to purchase replacement rafters pending your design. Frame is currently stored in a trailer in Southern Vermont and can be delivered to your area for an additional fee.
